Found object assemblage

This piece uses found objects to address my growing up being ‘hapa’ of half. This is a Hawaiian term meaning half I was often called Hapa-haole as a kid which means half white. Never accepted by the whites because I was Asian looking and never accepted by the Asians because I looked mixed. It was frustrating.
