Bonnie Zhou is a Brooklyn-based artist whose work bridges the traditional and the contemporary, with a primary focus on Chinese brush calligraphy. Her practice explores the visual beauty of her ancestral language through its fluidity, rhythm, and expression. Alongside calligraphy, Bonnie also uses other wet media, charcoal, neon glass, and digital design to create works drawing from these same principles of flow and movement.
